This is probably my favorite yeast bread. It is lightly sweetened, soft, and has an excellent crumb. 

These are soooo delicious and I'd even say better than I have ever had at a restaurant. 

The procedure for these pitas may look long and difficult, but I promise they are very easy. There are a lot of steps, but they don't take very long and the results are incredible.
